20 Aralık 2023 günü için Pastik Cerrahi Bölümü Uzm. Dr. Atakan Baş tarafından eksizyon için randevu verildi. Dermatolog Serkan Kalaycı’nın önerisi üzerine burun kenarındaki bazal hücreli karsinom eksizyon ile alınacak. Bu operasyonla ilgili olarak aşağıdaki sorularıma yanıt verilirse çok menun olacağım.
- Lokal anestezi mi yapılacak, yoksa genel anestezi mi ?
- Karsinom çıkarıldıktan sonra bölgeye doku eklemesi ya da nakli yapılması geekecek mi ?
- Operasyon yaklaşık ne kadar sürecek ?
